Entre eles estão o diabetes com componente autoimune, hipotireoidismo, hipercolesterolemia, imunodeficiência e osteoporose grave, que já resultou em fraturas. Esses desafios têm impactado profundamente minha rotina e minha capacidade de manter o ritmo de produção de conteúdo que sempre busquei oferecer aqui.
